AMBER ADAMS

INSTRUCTOR

PILATES

Amber’s path to Pilates began after a sports injury left her dealing with chronic, achy pain and a
body that no longer felt good to move in. While she had always loved movement, especially
yoga and strength training, Pilates became the practice that helped her reconnect with her body
in a sustainable way. Through Pilates, Amber discovered that moving well doesn’t have to mean
pushing harder; it can mean moving smarter, with intention and care.
Now Amber brings a lifelong love of mindful, strength-based movement into her teaching. She
draws inspiration from yoga, gymnastics, and traditional strength training, blending strength,
mobility, and flow into sessions that feel both grounding and empowering.
Amber is known for her clear cueing, positive energy, and supportive presence. She loves
helping clients feel challenged but safe, strong without strain, and confident in their bodies. Her
goal is simple: to help people move well, feel good, and trust that their bodies are capable for
years to come.
