Reiki Alignment Healing Workshop

Join us for a calming group Reiki session led by an associate therapist trained in trauma-informed care and mind-body practices. Reiki is a gentle, hands-off technique that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and stress relief. You’ll lie down comfortably on a mat or reformer while guided grounding and energy work are offered in a restorative space. Please wear comfortable clothing and come ready to relax. We’ll close with a short group debrief and each participant will receive a small take-home gift to support continued grounding beyond the session. Perfect for those new to Reiki or anyone seeking a moment of stillness, clarity, or restoration. You’re welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or anything else that will support your comfort during this 50 minute session. Jefferson studio has complimentary yoga mats available, please wipe down after using. Certifications: Erika Schweizer AMFT 145850 First & Second Degree Reiki Certified

Friends of Normie is an independent foster-based cat rescue in Southern California.
They have rescued 5607 cats and counting! We will have refreshments, snacks and a full hour of cuddle time on top of a workout. All fitness levels are welcome, and best of all—if you fall in love and choose to adopt, your class fee goes directly toward adoption costs.
