Studio FAQ’S
Welcome to Common Ground Pilates! Whether you're brand new or a longtime client, here’s everything you need to know about how we roll.
-
Please cancel or reschedule your class using the same platform you booked through (Momence, ClassPass, or another booking platform).
To cancel or reschedule, click the three dots next to your reservation. Cancellations made within the allowed window will receive a credit; rescheduling within 12 hours of class start time will result in forfeiture of that credit.
Please note that we do not have a live receptionist. Cancellation or reschedule requests sent via email may not be seen in time and cannot be accommodated. Managing your reservation through your booking platform is the client’s responsibility.
-
Membership credits do not roll over each month.
Clients are billed every 30 days from the date of purchase.
You may freeze your membership for up to 30 days for a $25/month fee.
7 days written notice is required to cancel a membership.
You cannot cancel your own membership, this must be sent in an email.
To Upgrade - Please email us and we will help you.
-
For classes
We require a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a class. Late cancels and no-shows will result in the full class being deducted or charged.
Please note, instructors may change without prior notice.
After three no-shows, you will receive a warning, and your option to book can be revoked. If you can’t attend, be sure to cancel your spot to avoid penalties and to allow other students to take your place from the waiting list.
For membership
Email us at least 7 days before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. Cancellations made after this window will apply to the following billing cycle.
-
There are NO REFUNDS.
Our Refund Policy states that in the event of a cancellation of an appointment or class, a credit of equal value will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and are available to assist with rescheduling. Please contact us at admin@commongroundpilates.net for further assistance. -
