Pilates Can Transform More Than Just Your Body
Although I’ve been a certified trainer since 2010, the pandemic made me sedentary and depressed.
In May of 2021, I bought a reformer for my home because I wanted to get moving again.
What began as a way to feel better soon grew into something bigger—a community.
One reformer slowly turned into five, and I went from teaching three friends to 75 clients in under five months.
My mission is simple: to make Pilates accessible, welcoming, and life-changing.
