  • There’s street parking available right outside and nearby.

  • Wear comfortable clothing, not too baggy, so instructors can see your form and offer adjustments.
    🚫 No loose shorts, please.
    🧦 Socks are required. Grippy socks are a must for cleanliness and safety — we sell them in-studio if you need a pair.
    Bring water and a towel if you tend to sweat during workouts.

  • Not at all! Our instructors will guide you every step of the way, no matter your fitness level.

  • Yes! Along with our Long Beach studio, we also have beautiful studios in West Adams and Mid City.

    If you’re closer to West Adams, you can join us there for reformer, mat, and private Pilates classes.
    We also host wellness workshops and community events at all the studios throughout the year.
