CARRIE NEUMANN

Hi, my name is Carrie and I have been passionately practicing Pilates for almost a decade and proudly teaching Pilates for seven years. I grew up in Maryland and I have worked in Annapolis for over 20 years. You may recognize me by my playlist. I could not be more excited downtown Annapolis is finally getting an independently owned, boutique Pilates studio. The practice of Pilates has made me feel more confident and assured from my improved balance to my enhanced core strength, to my overall wellbeing and I can’t wait to have the opportunity to share my happy place with you.
