Chris is a Pilates instructor known for his high-energy, athletic style that leaves clients feeling supported, challenged, and motivated. He first fell in love with Pilates when he realized it was the only workout where you can lie down and still break a sweat. He believes laughter is a powerful core workout of its own and uses it to keep his classes fun, even during the toughest planks. His classes focus on a full-body workout that includes strength training and good chance of breaking a sweat. Outside the studio, Chris is also a sound healer and breathwork facilitator who enjoys music, exercising and cooking. He looks forward to seeing you in class!
