Pilates

I started my Pilates journey almost two years ago. I’ve always enjoyed being active, but going to the gym became more of a dread and hassle than an enjoyment. So I began to find other ways to stay active but also ENJOY the workout. That’s when I found Pilates. After taking my first class, I immediately fell in love with the concept and knew I wanted to be more involved. I got into a training program almost immediately, and I began teaching soon after. Being an instructor has become a passion of mine. I love creating new, fun, and challenging workouts for each of my classes. A main goal of mine is for people to leave my class feeling like they’ve accomplished something. I put my energy and vibe into my surroundings, looking to create a welcoming environment, and a safe space to learn and master new movements. I want to help people find their strengths in places they thought they couldn’t, all while enjoying themselves and having some fun!
