Simone’s movement journey began at age 12 when she discovered her love for running—sparking a lifelong passion for fitness, wellness, and the freedom that comes with moving your body. With over 25 years of experience as a personal trainer and a background as a competitive runner, cyclist, and triathlete, Simone brings both expertise and heart to everything she teaches.
As her understanding of the body deepened, Simone expanded her practice to include Pilates and yoga, embracing a more holistic approach to strength, balance, and mobility. She believes that movement is a path to empowerment and is deeply committed to helping clients reach their personal goals—whether that means training for a race, lifting weights with confidence, or simply feeling good in their own skin.
Off the reformer, Simone loves to surf, travel, make jewelry, and spend quality time with her favorite people—especially her mom and her cat, Christopher.
