Pilates

Tarina began her mind-body fitness journey teaching yoga to incarcerated children and adult prisoners in Seattle. Upon moving to LA, she made the inevitable transition to Pilates. Her classes are a fusion of the mind-body-breath awareness teachings of yoga and the controlled anatomy-driven endurance movements of Pilates. The goal is to enhance your body awareness and strengthen your core and balance. And have an awesome time while you're at it! Tarina continues to serve our community during her 9-5 assisting low-income Los Angelenos on the Preventing and Ending Homeless Project at the Inner City Law Center.
